Universal Rules

Retatrutide Weekly SubQ

GLP-1/GIP/glucagon triple agonist — weight loss, appetite suppression
3 × 30 mg vials
Starter: 1 mg weekly (cautious start) OR 2 mg weekly (standard start)
Why start low: Reta has significant GI side effects (nausea, constipation) that get worse at higher doses. Starting at 1–2 mg lets your body adapt before escalating. Most clinical protocols start at 2 mg; the 1 mg "extra cautious" option is for very sensitive users.
Protocol

Cautious Start — 18 weeks total

Starts at 1 mg for 2 weeks before moving to 2 mg. Adds an extra safety buffer for people who haven’t used GLP-1 drugs before.

Pros
  • Gentler intro to side effects
  • Better tolerance if new to GLP-1s
  • Lower nausea/constipation risk
Cons
  • 2 extra weeks to reach effective doses
  • 1 mg isn’t a therapeutic dose

Note: The 12 mg maintenance dose may require a 100-unit (1 mL) syringe depending on your reconstitution volume.
Notes
  • Timing: Same day/time each week. Evening preferred (sleep through initial side effects).
  • Sites: Rotate: Abdomen L → R → Thigh L → R → Upper Arm L → R → repeat
  • Watch for: Nausea, constipation, appetite changes. Stay hydrated. Side effects worst after escalation.

GHK-Cu Blue Solution Daily SubQ

Copper tripeptide — hair growth, skin, collagen, anti-aging
10 × 50 mg vials
Starter: 1 mg daily for 1 week, then increase to 2 mg based on tolerance
Protocol

Hair Growth Protocol — 2 mg daily

Most popular use case. 2 mg (8 units) daily subQ, morning preferred. Expect visible changes in 2–3 months. Works best combined with topical treatments.

Pros
  • Proven at this dose
  • Good value per vial
  • Minimal side effects
Cons
  • Takes months to see results
  • Must cycle (copper risk)

  • Timing: Morning preferred (mildly energizing)
  • Watch for: Small flush at injection site (normal, fades in ~30 min)

BPC-157 Daily SubQ

Body Protection Compound — gut healing, tissue repair, injury recovery
10 × 10 mg vials
Starter: 250 mcg 1x daily for 3 days, then 500 mcg based on tolerance and need
Protocol

Maintenance Protocol — 500 mcg daily

For ongoing gut health, mild inflammation, or general tissue maintenance.

Pros
  • Lowest injection burden
  • Lasts longest per vial
  • Still therapeutic
Cons
  • Slower healing for acute issues
  • Less effective for injuries

Notes
  • Duration: 4–8 weeks continuous, then break 2–4 weeks. Can cycle indefinitely.
  • Sites: Near injury for localized effect, or anywhere subQ for systemic healing
  • Watch for: Very well-tolerated. Some report vivid dreams initially (normal).

MOTS-c 2x/Week SubQ

Mitochondrial peptide — cellular energy, fat oxidation, insulin sensitivity
5 × 10 mg vials
Starter: 5 mg, 2x per week
Protocol

2x/week — Balanced Protocol

5 mg on Mon + Thu (or any 2 days 3–4 days apart). Run 8 weeks ON, 4 weeks OFF.
Coverage: 5 vials = 10 doses = ~5 weeks of active dosing.

Pros
  • Effects are noticeable
  • Sustainable schedule
  • Good for tracking
Cons
  • Burns through vials faster
  • Need to reorder before 2nd cycle

Semax Daily Nasal

Nootropic — cognitive enhancement, BDNF/NGF upregulation, focus, memory
5 × 10 mg vials
Starter: Nasal: 1 spray per nostril 2x daily (~666 mcg/day total)
Why nasal: Direct nose-to-brain delivery via olfactory/trigeminal pathways. More efficient than subQ.
Protocol

Standard — 2x daily (morning + early afternoon)

1 spray per nostril, morning + afternoon (before 2 PM). ~666 mcg/day total.

Notes
  • Timing: Morning + early afternoon. NEVER dose after 3 PM (affects sleep)
  • Cycling: 2–3 weeks ON, then 1–2 weeks OFF
Do not dose after 3 PM — Semax can significantly affect sleep quality.

Universal Reconstitution Steps

  1. Wipe the vial stopper with an alcohol swab and let dry a few seconds
  2. Draw the required BAC water amount into a 3 mL reconstitution syringe (25g needle)
  3. Insert the needle and inject the BAC water slowly down the inside wall — do not blast it into the powder
  4. Swirl gently until fully dissolved — never shake. Solution should be clear (GHK-Cu will be blue)
  5. Label the vial with: compound name, concentration (mg/mL), reconstitution date, and expiry date
  6. Refrigerate immediately. Back of the fridge is best (avoid door — temperature fluctuates)
  7. For injection: use a 0.5 mL × 30g insulin syringe (thinner needle, more comfortable)
